PAULS VALLEY, Oklahoma – Bert Jacobson says he still has faith in the U.S. Postal service, even if it took 46 years for his postcard to arrive.
On Friday a postcard he sent back home to his mother in Pauls Valley in January of 1967 finally arrived.“Under a piece of machinery? I don’t know. I have no idea,” says Jacobson about why it took so long to deliver the letter.
